1930’s, Vintage 2 piece Suit, Tails Coat and tuxedo Pants, Black, Wool
This is an exquisite suit, especially from this era. It is in excellent condition, except for a very tiny mend on the front left leg.
In the gallery photos we have shown how it should be worn either with a waistcoat or cummerbund, a dinner shirt, bow tie or tie.
The suit has been dry cleaned.
The jacket is fully lined. Flat lay measures chest, closed, 41″, left open as shown in gallery photos, it is 44″, the waist is 38″ to 40″. Length from shoulder to cropped waist is 18.5″, total length to end of tail is 43″ and the shoulder span is 18″.
The trousers are high waist and can accommodate braces that can be attached to the buttons. The waist has been let out, and there is a built in adjustable waistband to make the pants fit waist 32″ to 36″. The rise from the top of the high waist band to the crouch is 18″ and the length from lower front waistband is 43″.
