1940’s Wedding gown by ‘Lucy Secor of Melbourne’, satin back crepe, champagne colour.
Gosh, this is my dream wedding dress, if only i could fit into it!! From the classic cowl neckline to the button features, she is a real beauty.
Freshly laundered, excellent condition except for a tiny mend at the back near a button, but it is not noticeable. We also replaced all of the 52 buttons. The reason being, when I washed it, the covered buttons all disintegrated ! All good now though.
The bust is 80cm, waist is 62cm, hips are 71cm. So it is in between a 6 and an 8, we do highly recommend it be worn by a size 6, to give enough room to move, it doesn’t really stretch.
The length from shoulders to front is 139cm then add the length of the train to make it 237cm long.
In the gallery you can see how bridal it looks once you add a vintage veil, this is not included. The photos of the bridal party my give you a few ideas for you own vintage wedding.
We are giving you the original padded hanger, it has been washed as you can see from the tiny rust stains, but it will keep your dress in great condition, it will also come in a plastic protector,
