1970’s Suit, Flared trousers, Fawn, wool, by ‘Stafford-Ellinson’, for ‘McGregor of America, size L
The lapels are typical awesome wide ones, and the flares are brilliant.
The fabric is Celsius 30, developed to wear in summer, but it can be worn all year round.
The Jacket is fully lined and has been dry cleaned, chest is 44″, waist is 40″, hips are 26″, shoulder span is 18″ and length is 33″.
The Flares are freshly laundered and in good condition except for some marks at the bottom of both hems and also on the right leg, I think it is from double sided tape being used to hem up the leg at some stage, it is hardly noticeable as you can tell from the photos. The waist is 36″ and length is 44.5″. They have a coin pocket.
In the gallery photos we have completed the look with a white dinner shirt, wide tie, and if you wanted to be Ron Burgundy, you could add a wig. Or add a waistcoat for a Gatsby vibe!
