‘Lady Diana’ inspired wedding dress, 1980’s, raw silk by ‘Gardams’ of Australia.
Wow, what a dress! Brought back into Vogue by season 4 of ‘The Crown’, but always, in our hearts, Diana Spencer’s most famous one.
The original Designers of Lady Diana’s dress, David and Elizabeth Emanuel wanted to create a gown suitable for a Princess, they sure did succeed, in a 1980’s way!
Our version hasnt got 3/4 sleeves, or a train, but it is quite spectacular too.
The huge puffy sleeves and gorgeous lace work on the bodice for instance, and it has that wrinkled look with the raw silk.
The bust is 96cm, waist 68cm and length is 143cm.
She is pre-loved, but dry cleaned and in excellent condition.
